Prof Delia Birle, PhD, habilitated, is a member of the Psychology Department in the Faculty of Socio-Humanistic Sciences at the University of Oradea, Romania. She teaches courses in the areas of experimental psychology, statistics and data analysis and school and career counselling. Her research interests are school and developmental psychology, including the problems currently facing the younger generation.

Prof Birle’s publications include over 60 titles, comprising books, book chapters and research papers in national and international journals. She has been a member of several national and international research grants and projects and has directed one Jean Monnet Module. Alongside her academic career, she also has over 10 years of experience in private practice working with children and adolescents facing difficult situations.
