Noela Kisoka is the team leader of a malaria project working with the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) in Tanzania. She has a BSc in human nutrition and an MSc in health informatics, and she has 15 years of experience in public health, health commodity supply chains, systems strengthening and performance management.

Her years of work have been spent implementing various projects and providing technical assistance to Ministry of Health programmes in Tanzania in Malaria, HIV/AIDS, family planning and maternal and child health. She is an experienced manager with skills in people management and stakeholder and donor coordination on both local and international levels.
