Patrick Mayrock is the General Manager of the Botnar Research Centre for Child Health (BRCCH). He is responsible for all operational activities, governance-related tasks, and contributes to strategic and communications projects. Furthermore, he oversees the Centre’s budget. As member of the Centre’s executive team, he works closely together with the BRCCH Directors and liaises with the BRCCH Board and the Strategic Scientific Advisory Board. Patrick Mayrock studied Political Science and Public Administration in Amsterdam and Berlin and holds a Master of Science. He previously worked as managing director of the Department of Biomedical Engineering and as scientific officer in the Vice Rectorate for Research at the University of Basel. Before, he gained experience in a public administration reform project in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
