Prof Natalia Zvereva

Prof Natalia Zvereva is a medical psychologist. She heads the Department of Neuro- and Pathopsychology of Development in the Faculty of Clinical and Special Psychology at the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education, Russia, where she is also a professor.

Since 1999, she has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Russian Association of Child Psychologists and Psychiatrists (ACPP). She is a member of a number of professional communities of psychologists and is on the editorial board of several journals. She has also supervised eight PhD theses in psychology and has authored more than 100 scientific publications and several textbooks.

Prof Zvereva’s PhD focused on the features of the formation of visual perception in children with schizophrenia under the guidance of Yu. F. Polyakov. She received her bachelor’s degree with honours from the Faculty of Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia, in 1978.
